John Hennessey and Stephen Lombardi of GVA Williams represented Coverity, Inc., a software engineering company, in their expansion at 230 Congress St. The landlord, Brickman Associates, was represented by Christopher Cuddy of CB Richard Ellis.
Coverity, Inc. expanded from its original 2,300 s/f on the fifth floor to 6,343 s/f on the third floor. They chose to stay and expand within the building.
