H. Pearce Company commemorates founder's birthday with blood drive
According to H. Pearce Real Estate president and CEO Barbara Pearce, in honor of founder Herb Pearce's 95th birthday, the H. Pearce Company performed a community service and held a regional blood drive in three locations. "Herb Pearce has lived 95 full years, rich with dedication to charitable giving," said Barbara Pearce, "so we decided to celebrate his birthday in the spirit he would most appreciate. We chose this cause because Herb has leukemia and has benefited from transfusions."
The blood drive was held on Friday, May 13th in three locations - the Red Cross building in New Haven, the Pearce Commercial Listing building in Wallingford, and the H. Pearce Company Branford office.
