Haley joins Morin R.E. in the commercial/ investment division

According to Rick Morin, broker/owner of Morin Real Estate, Peter Haley has joined the company. Haley, will focus on the commercial/investment division of Morin Real Estate and is experienced in all aspects of the industry including land, multi-family, office, retail and industrial. Additionally Haley will be actively developing property management opportunities with Morin. Licensed in real estate in 1979 Haley has been active in commercial real estate since 1999 and in 2003 received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through the CCIM Institute, an affiliate with the National Association of Realtors. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. As a CCIM, Haley was trained in a curriculum that includes financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. Currently Haley is pursuing the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
