HallKeen adds Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community to mgmt. portfolio

HallKeen Management has added the Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community, located at 352 Massachusetts Ave., to the company's portfolio. The company officially took over the management responsibilities as of November 1st, 2010, and also holds the general partnership as of January 1st. Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community is centrally located in the city's South End, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transportation, Symphony Hall, Copley Square, and the Prudential Center. Named after a local leader in assisted living and eldercare services, Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community features 82 mixed affordable and market-rate studio and one-bedroom apartments, common areas, and a comprehensive range of programs designed to ensure that residents remain active, healthy, and independent. HallKeen Management also manages the street-level commercial space that is attached to the building. "HallKeen is very excited to be part of the Susan Bailis team.
