HallKeen Management has added the Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community, located at 352 Massachusetts Ave., to the company's portfolio. The company officially took over the management responsibilities as of November 1st, 2010, and also holds the general partnership as of January 1st.

HallKeen Management also manages the street-level commercial space that is attached to the building.
