Sower named managing director and partner at Boston Realty Advisors

Boston Realty Advisors has appointed real estate leader Chris Sower, managing director and partner for the company's multi-housing and apartment brokerage. Sower and Boston Realty Advisors' founder Jason Weissman, once fierce real estate competitors who bid against each other, have now joined forces in selling multi-housing properties across New England. Sower, a former associate at Cushman & Wakefield, is responsible for valuation, marketing, and sales of multi-housing properties as a BRA managing director and partner. "Chris Sower has nine years corporate experience and a great feel for the multifamily space," said Weissman. "With his addition, we gain the potential for aggressive growth in our deal size and geographic coverage. Together we can become the premier broker in the multi-housing space and provide our clients with an unsurpassed marketing platform that can't be replicated by anyone else in our marketplace."
