Taunton, MA According to HallKeen Management, 50 new apartments will be coming available at Coyle School Residences in the summer of 2024. HallKeen Management will be providing property management services for the community. 

Originally built in 1911 as Monsignor Coyle High School, this newly renovated and constructed community consists of 50 transformed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. This much anticipated apartment community will help fulfill the shortage of quality, affordable housing in the area. There will be 33 units that will be affordable to households earning less than 60% of AMI, with 12 units further restricted for households earning less than 30% of AMI. The remaining 12 will be unrestricted, market-rate units. 

Coyle School Residences will also offer their residents additional amenities including laundry facilities, on-site storage, a community room, playground, off-street parking, 24-hour emergency maintenance and an onsite management team.

Coyle School Residences is located off of Rte. 44 and is close to I-195 and I-495. The surrounding neighborhood includes restaurants, shopping and entertainment as well as access to local landmarks such as Old Colony History Museum, Taunton Green, and Memorial Park. 

Construction of the building was spearheaded by Stratford Capital Group, LLC. ICON Architecture, worked with Stratford Capital to redevelop and design the historic school building site as well as its newly constructed addition. 

Coyle School Residences is now accepting applications for all apartment types. The applicants for affordable housing will be chosen through a lottery on Wednesday, April 3^rd, 2024, at 10:00 am.
