Matt Halprin of New England Retail Properties, Inc. in Wethersfield exclusively represented the landlord in the lease of LA Fitness, a 45,000 s/f fitness center at The Shoppes at Larson Farms, which is located at 1379 Farmington Ave. The Shoppes at Larson Farms, owned by W/L Properties, LLC, is a 60,000 s/f development on 8.65 acres located off I-84 and Rte. 6. The tenant was exclusively represented by Sullivan Hayes Companies Northeast of Farmington.
