Hancock hires Baum as engineering manager, senior project manager

Palmer, MA Hancock Associates has hired Andrew Baum, PE as engineering manager and senior project manager.

Baum has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering. Prior to joining Hancock Associates, he held  positions such as president/operations manager, construction manager/managing partner and vice president/principal engineer at several well-respected firms.

Baum has a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in Massachusetts and a Massachusetts Landfill Inspector.

Baum is a member of the Hubbardston Zoning Board of Appeals and a resident of New Braintree, Mass.
