Harrington & Company finalize $3.1 million sale of 70,000 s/f industrial manufacturing building

North Adams, MA Harrington & Company completed the sale of 1466 Curran Memorial Hwy., to Temescal Wellness of Mass. 1466 Curran Memorial Hyw. is a 70,000 s/f, industrial manufacturing facility on 9.65 acres.

Ted Rebholz, CEO of Temescal said, “This property is a game changer for Temescal in Massachusetts,” they intend to significantly renovate the property for the indoor cultivation and packaging of cannabis products.

Michael Harrington of Harrington & Co. represented Temescal Wellness in securing the property. The property was previously home to Crane Stationery and was purchased for $3.1 million. The seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and Bishop West Real Estate.
