Maine Realty Advisors completes multiple deals

Biddeford, ME Maine Realty Advisors (MRA) has completed multiple deals that include the following:

• 28 Wentworth St. in Biddeford, a two-unit multifamily property, sold to Kyle Cone by Rusty Truck LLC for $460,000. Josh Soley of MRA and Fred Andrews of Spectrum Real Estate facilitated the transaction.

• 800 Center St. in Millinocket, an 82,505 s/f shopping center, sold to North East Living LLC by JLP LLC for $1.6 million. Ryan Carey of MRA and Brian Dano of SVN The Masiello Group facilitated the transaction.

• 72 Main St. in Livermore Falls, a 44,000 s/f shopping center, sold to 3 Labs LLC by Peachey Properties LLC for $530,000. Josh Soley of MRA and Matt Pouliot of Pouliot Real Estate facilitated the sale.

• 937 Portland Rd. in Saco, an 11,865 s/f strip center, sold to Bluth’s Original Frozen Banana Stand LLC and RSP Portland Road LLC for $1.888 million. Soley and Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers handled the sale.

• 12 Pine St., Portland, a 3-unit multifamily property, sold to ASM Properties LLC by Nathaniel & Reid Hayton-Hull for $995,000. Soley and Mike Carey of Tranzon Auction Company facilitated the transaction.
