The early summers' CT Chapter CCIM event was held on June 28 in Wallingford at Verna Properties. Liz and Marco Verna graciously hosted the CT CCIM Chapter in their modern flex business park on North Colony Road Industrial Park. A large contingent of CCIM's and candidates attended for Attorney Ed Hill's (www.cappallihill.com) informative presentation on title searching and application to commercial real estate. The next CCIM event is being held at the Essex Yacht Club on July 10.
