Hawkins and LeClair of CB Richard Ellis/New England represents National Development in 21,672 s/f lease

CB Richard Ellis/New England has completed two leases totaling 21,672 s/fat 59 Lowes Way. 59 Lowes Way is a 102,653 s/f office building that comprises Connector Park along with 41 Wellman St. AFL Noyes, an industry leader in providing fiber optic products, engineering expertise and integrated services to the telecommunications industry, will occupy 14,625 s/f. Cass Information Systems, a leading provider of transportation, utility and telecom expense management and related business intelligence services, will occupy 7,047 s/f. "As exclusive leasing agent for Connector Park we have the fantastic opportunity to work with a top-tier landlord at a prime location," said CBRE's Kerry Olson Hawkins. "In the Rte. 3 North submarket, Connector Park offers unparalleled amenities including fast access to major thoroughfares such as Route 3, Interstate 495 and the Lowell Connector, making it a very desirable and strategic location."
