Hawkins of CBRE/New England represents Multi-Employer Property Trust in 4 leases totaling 47,951 s/f

On behalf of Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT) and MEPT's real estate advisor, Bentall Kennedy, CBRE/New England completed four leases totaling 47,951 s/f at Burlington Centre. The leases include a new 27,890 s/f office lease that was completed with HealthEdge at 30 Corporate Dr. Additionally, three office leases were signed at 35 Corporate Dr. including the renewal of Lockheed Martin's 14,596 s/f lease; the signing of Witt/Kieffer Co.'s new 3,621 s/f lease; and the renewal of iCap United, Inc.'s 1,844 s/f lease. CBRE/NE's Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president, represented the landlord in all of the transactions and also represented Witt/Kieffer Co. Richards Barry Joyce & Partners' Jonathan Varholak represented HealthEdge. Lockheed Martin was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle's Tyler Spring. iCap United, Inc. was self-represented. "Burlington Centre is a best-in-class office park on the Rte. 128 corridor," said Hawkins. "The campus has a prime location with superb visibility and access, and excellent on-site and nearby amenities. MEPT is a well-capitalized landlord with a commitment to sustainable development, as three of the four buildings within the park boast USGBC LEED Certification. We are excited to further diversify Burlington Centre's tenant roster." Burlington Centre is a 620,000 s/f, master-planned, class A office park situated on 78 acres off of Rte. 3A. The office park consists of four buildings, 10, 25, 30 and 35 Corporate Dr. Offering excellent access to Rte. 128 and situated just 15 miles northwest of Boston, Burlington Centre boasts a meticulously landscaped campus with attractive views of the Boston skyline. Park amenities include two full-service cafeterias, outdoor-patio seating, a fitness center, newly renovated shower and locker facilities and on-site management. Area amenities within proximity include the Burlington Marriott Hotel, Summerfield Suites, Lahey Clinic, Wayside Commons and the Burlington Mall.
