The leases include a new 27,890 s/f office lease that was completed with HealthEdge at 30 Corporate Dr. Additionally, three office leases were signed at 35 Corporate Dr. including the renewal of Lockheed Martin's 14,596 s/f lease; the signing of Witt/Kieffer Co.'s new 3,621 s/f lease; and the renewal of iCap United, Inc.'s 1,844 s/f lease.
CBRE/NE's Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president, represented the landlord in all of the transactions and also represented Witt/Kieffer Co.
Richards Barry Joyce & Partners' Jonathan Varholak represented HealthEdge. Lockheed Martin was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle's Tyler Spring. iCap United, Inc. was self-represented.
