HDS Architecture and JW Construction renovate warehouse into retail/office space
Originally known as the Zeff Photo Supply Building, the16,000 s/f brick warehouse at 11 Brighton St. has been transformed into office and retail space. The design was provided by HDS Architecture, Inc. and the general contractor was JW Construction.
Value-add design components include new windows, individual entrances, lighting, graphics and landscaping, all improving the building's curb-appeal. The building was subdivided into five suites.
Occupants include Avery, Dooley& Noone, LLP Attorneys at Law, Digital Silver Imaging and Nicolas Market and Deli.
