Herz of Boston Realty Advisors arranges $14.2 million refinance for 90 Canal Street, a 77,979 s/f office property

Boston, MA Boston Realty Advisors Capital Markets has secured senior debt financing for 90 Canal St., a 77,979 s/f office property located in the North Station submarket of the city. Nicholas Herz, managing director and partner, arranged the $14.2 million cash out refinance on behalf of the borrower, 90 Canal Street, LLC.

“By running a highly controlled competitive process for our client, we achieved superior loan terms not otherwise offered in the market,” said Herz.

90 Canal St. is a 99% leased, six-story office building located at North Station, the city’s fastest growing neighborhood. The property’s diverse rent roll and strong occupancy history are further supported by the continued expansion of the immediate area.

Boston Realty Advisors is a Boston-based, privately held commercial real estate brokerage firm. The full-service platform includes capital markets, tenant and landlord representation, and property valuation services.
