Hagerman Frick O'Brien (HFO), a northwest real estate investment firm, has arranged the sale of the 54-unit Carrington Sq. Apartments for $2.7 million.  The apartments, located at 637 SE 182nd is located on two acres.  The buyer was Carrington Investments LLC and the seller was Carlson of Gresham. HFO represented the seller.
