Hird of O,R&L Commercial leases 51,220 s/f of industrial space - leased to Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. and Red Bull
Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has leased 51,220 s/f of industrial space at 34 Barnes Industrial Rd. South. The building is demised into two sides with multiple docks, drive-ins, and a 7.5 ton bridge crane.
The 20,079 s/f side was leased to Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. for additional storage space. Frank Hird, SIOR of O,R&L represented both the tenant and the landlord, ADM Wallingford, LLC and Tremblant Enterprises, LLC.
The 31,141 s/f space was leased to Red Bull Distribution Co., Inc who will move into their new location in May after renovations are completed to the space by O,R&L Construction.
Hird represented the landlord in this transaction and James Panczykowski with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
