Two leases were signed at 1023 Main St. 1023 Main St. is currently undergoing remodeling for each tenant space. The location is in Bridgeport's downtown - next to the state courthouse and across from the Holiday Inn. A new 7,000 s/f market and deli will be opening next door called Ripka's Market.
The leases were signed with Samson Dental which occupies a former office space on the first floor that the landlord converted into a dental office. This is Samson Dental's third location, the other being in Hartford and Old Saybrook. Save our Youth will occupy the remaining first floor space which will be used for office. This is Save our Youth's first Bridgeport office location and they plan on expanding in the near future.
HK Group was the sole broker for both lease deals.
