Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz leased 1,334 s/f to Christopher Duby, Attorney at Law, who moved his practice to Hamden at 2558 Whitney Ave. from North Haven. Ruff represented the landlord, Cucinelli Properties, LLC, and Tyler Della Valle of Dow Realty represented the tenant in this transaction.
Levey Miller Maretz was founded in 1963 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties, as well as the sale of investment properties and business opportunities.
