Hobbs Brook Management LLC completes 26,000 s/f in three leases

Waltham, MA Hobbs Brook Management LLC has negotiated leases for 26,000 s/f in its office parks in Waltham and Wakefield.

New tenants include:

333 Wyman Street - Waltham, MA 333 Wyman Street - Waltham, MA

• Care Dimensions, a non-profit hospice and palliative care provider, signed a five-year lease for 10,016 s/f at 333 Wyman St. Care Dimensions was represented by John Dolan at McCall & Almy and Bob Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors was the broker for Hobbs Brook.

• Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, an in-home clinical care provider dedicated to bringing high quality clinical home care to medically fragile children so they can grow and flourish to their full potential, has signed a new five-year lease for 3,035 s/f at 500 Edgewater in Wakefield. Borgman represented both Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care and Hobbs Brook.

Lease renewal and extension included:

• Regus, one of the world’s largest providers of convenient, high-quality, fully serviced workspace, has expanded its lease by 3,200 s/f to over 13,000 s/f at 301 Edgewater in Wakefield. Chip Batchelder at Wyman Street Advisors represented Regus and Hobbs Brook for this renewal.
