Hodson of Hodson Commercial brokers three leases in Bridgeport, Stratford and Shelton
Stephen Hodson, president of Hodson Commercial, negotiated a ten-year lease for a 7,645 s/f building located at 2536 East Main St. The owner of the property is 2536 East Main St., LLC and the tenants are Kongliang Wang & Kongwei Wang. They are currently renovating and will open a Chinese Buffet at the location. Hodson represented the owner and tenant in this transaction.
JBM Properties, LLC leased 1,000 s/f of retail space to Carol Toppin and Jennifer Dawkins, hairstylists at 1796 Barnum Ave., Stratford, the site of the former Vangie's Salon. Hodson was the sole broker.
In another transaction, Hodson concluded a five-year lease for Schaible Realty LLC as landlord and Tim Greer Insurance Agency as tenant at 487 Howe Ave., 2nd Floor, Shelton. Hodson represented the owner and tenant.
