Stephen Hodson of Hodson Realty, Inc.'s commercial division has concluded a 10-year lease of 3,519 s/f of office space between Leigh Malzia as tenant and Trefoil Park, LLC as landlord at 35 Corporate Dr.
CatchinRays USA Solar has concluded a 5-year lease of 3,400 s/f of office space at 35 Corporate Dr. from Trefoil Park, LLC. Hodson represented the tenant.
