Holmes and Wyant of R.W. Holmes Realty lease 17,657 s/f to 3 tenants

R.W. Holmes has negotiated three leases on behalf of Firmin Avenue Joint Venture LLC at 2 Willow St. at The MetroWest Executive Center. The leases, signed with UpdateLogic, ViryaNet and Trigent Software, total 17,657s/f. UpdateLogic signed a new lease for 3,800 s/f and was represented by Bob McGuire of CB Richard Ellis. The company provides a service called Update TV which improves the overall television viewing experience for consumers. ViryaNet signed a lease renewal for 10,007 s/f. For the past 20 years, ViryaNet has led the industry in providing productivity solutions for mobile field service organizations in the utility, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail industries. ViryaNet was represented by R.W. Holmes. Trigent Software signed a new lease for 3,850 s/f and will relocate its corporate headquarters to 2 Willow St. from 1 Apple Hill in Natick. Trigent Software was represented by Robert Bryne of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC. Firmin Avenue Joint Venture LLC was represented in the UpdateLogic, ViryaNet and Trigent Software transactions by Garry Holmes and Scott Wyant of R.W. Holmes Realty Co.
