Holmes, Blackey and Fahy of R.W. Holmes handle 4,300 s/f lease

Waltham, MA R.W. Holmes brokered a 4,300 s/f new office lease to the Empower Team (Transamerica) at 75 Third Ave.

R.W. Holmes’s director of corporate services Elizabeth Holmes, managing director Dean Blackey, and associate Mike Fahy represented the landlord, Creative Development Company, in the transaction.

Overlooking I-95 at Exit 27A, 75 Third Ave. is a mixed-use property offering office, medical, and retail space. Located within City Point, tenants have access to a business community that includes industry pillars such as Thermo Fisher, Wolverine Sports, and Care.com.

The new tenant, Empower Team, part of Transamerica Financial Advisors, was represented by Midtown Properties. They are relocating from Lexington. Transamerica is recognized as a leading provider of life insurance, retirement, and investment solutions, serving millions of customers throughout the United States.

“75 Third Ave. provides unrivaled exposure to Rte. 128 and is strategically located with easy access to major highways,” said Holmes. “We are thrilled to have Empower in the building and to quickly fill the final building vacancy to bring 75 Third to 100% leased.”
