Horvath and Tremblay of M&M sell 14,700 s/f Walgreen's for $5.3m
Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of the Boston Marcus & Millichap office and Mike Lombardi and Darren Griffith of the New Jersey Marcus & Millichap office were the brokers in the sale of a 14,700 s/f Walgreen's which sold for $5.3 million.
Built in 2008, this drug store is located on a 1.63 acre site.
The seller was a regional developer that was represented by their in-house counsel. The buyer is a NY investor represented by Bernstein Shur of Portland.
