Horvath and Trembley of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services close $3.1 million sale

Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services have brokered the transaction of The Learning Experience, an 11,000 s/f single tenant property located at 308 Andover St. The property, built in 2009, is located along Rte. 114 and is less than a mile from both Rte. 1 and I-95. The Learning Experience has 13 years remaining on the base term with (2) Five Year options. The sales price of $3.1 million represents $282 per s/f. Horvath and Tremblay represented the seller, Omni Ventures 308 Andover LLC and procured the buyer, Onibella Associates Danvers LLC.
