Horvath & Tremblay handles $13 million sale of The Shopping Center at Home Depot Plaza

Plymouth, MA Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of The Shopping Center at Home Depot Plaza. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $13 million.

The Shopping Center at Home Depot Plaza is located at 21-43 Home Depot Dr. and was constructed in 2002. The 100% leased shopping center contains 42,721 s/f of gross leasable area on a 5.505 acre lot. Over 77% of the tenants have been located at the property since its completion. Several tenants have recently demonstrated their commitment to the location by extending their lease terms including West Marine, AT&T Wireless, The UPS Store and AAA. Additionally, Long Pond Pizza Factory recently expanded their space and extended their lease term through 2028.

The Shopping Center is located near exit 5 on Rte. 3, the primary highway connecting Boston with the South Shore and Cape Cod. Vehicle traffic counts along Rte. 3 at exit 5 average 132,000 vehicles per day. The shopping center is located in a well-established retail trade area.
