Manchester, NH William Peck and Stephen Girolamo of Horvath & Tremblay have arranged the sale of the Manchester Rooming House Portfolio. Peck and Girolamo represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $5.3 million.

The Manchester Rooming House Portfolio is comprised of four multifamily properties located at 452 Pine St., 25 High St., 39 Walnut St. and 92 Walnut St. The portfolio contains four residential apartments and 98 individual rooms. The four properties are all within 0.2-miles of each other and are centrally located in the city. Centered around the intersection of Bridge St. and Beech St. (Rte. 28), the properties are near Pulaski Park and less than one mile from the SNHU Arena, Gill Stadium, Sheehan-Basquil Park, and are within walking distance of retail amenities in downtown. The Manchester Rooming House Portfolio is situated in an urban location less than ½ mile from State Highway 3, which connects to I-93 and 293.
