Hughes and Cambria of New Dover complete two leases totaling 3,951 s/f

John Hughes, associate and Daniel Cambria, associate, both of New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the property owner, Sandra & Anthony Antico Real Estate, LLC, as exclusive agent, in two separate lease transactions totaling 3,951 s/f at 45 Main St. LabCentrix, LLC has leased 1,296 s/f of office space on the third floor and Applied Materials, Inc. has leased 2,655 s/f of office space on the fourth floor of the building. Applied Materials was represented by David Myers, vice president of Colliers Macaulay Nicolls, Inc. of Toronto. 45 Main St. is a newly renovated four story historic office and retail building in downtown Hudson. New Dover Associates, Inc. is the exclusive leasing agent for 45 Main St.
