Hughes of New Dover Associates, Inc. reps CIL Walkers LLC in $6.5 million sale - Aron of KeyPoint Partners reps seller, Reading Plaza, LLC
Reading, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the buyer, CIL Walkers LLC, in the sale of 39 and 45 Walkers Brook Dr. The property sold for $6.5 million.
Jonathan Aron, vice president of investment sales of KeyPoint Partners represented the seller, Reading Plaza, LLC.
The property at 39 and 45 Walkers Brook Dr. totals 12,620 s/f and is fully leased to two tenants, LongHorn Steakhouse and Bertucci’s Restaurant Corp.
