Reading, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the buyer, CIL Walkers LLC, in the sale of 39 and 45 Walkers Brook Dr. The property sold for $6.5 million. 

Jonathan Aron, vice president of investment sales of KeyPoint Partners represented the seller, Reading Plaza, LLC.

The property at 39 and 45 Walkers Brook Dr. totals 12,620 s/f and is fully leased to two tenants, LongHorn Steakhouse and Bertucci’s Restaurant Corp.
