Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. and Steve Woodworth, director of Wyman Street Advisors recently co-brokered the sale of 9 Mercer Rd., for the purchase price of $706,140. 9 Mercer Road is a single story office building totaling 3,923 s/f and located in The Natick Business Park. 9 Mercer Road is conveniently located to Rtes. 9, 27, 30, 135 and I-90 (Mass Pike) as well as many restaurants, hotels and retail stores. New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the buyer, Nine Mercer Road, LLC and Wyman Street Advisors represented the seller, Susan B. Watts and Edward W. Doyle, Trustees of Susan B. Watts Revocable Trust, in the sale transaction.
