Hughes of New Dover Associates brokers $2.65m sale of 956 Tpke. St.

Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. brokered the sale of 956 Turnpike St., on behalf of the buyer, Briamanda Canton, LLC and Apogee Realty of Canton, LLC, for the purchase price of $2.65 million. John Naughton, president of The Naughton Co., represented the seller, Newport Realty, LLC in the transaction. 956 Turnpike St. is an eight year old multi-tenanted 26,600 s/f office/showroom/warehouse building. The building was fully leased to three tenants at the time of the sale. New Dover Associates is now the exclusive leasing agent for 956 Turnpike St.
