Hughes of New Dover Associates, Inc. and O'Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. broker $6 million sale

Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. and Bret O'Brien, president of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) co-brokered the sale of 287 Turnpike Rd. for the purchase price of $6 million. New Dover represented the seller, Baltic Turnpike, LLC, and GBCP represented the buyer, Commerce City, LLC. 287 Turnpike Rd. is a multi-tenanted and fully leased three story 48,848 s/f class A office building on 15.82 acres. The tenants at 287 Turnpike Rd. include The Training Associates, Oz Development, Inc., Rainier Corp., etfile, Inc., Caretenders VS of Boston, LLC., Fiberon Technologies, Inc. and Mayflower Advisors-West, LLC.
