Hughes of New Dover Associates represents Nivek Investments in $2.425 million sale
Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the seller, Nivek Investments I, LLC, and procured the buyer, Yellow Brick, LLC, in the sale of 6 Mercer Rd., for the purchase price of $2.425 million. The site is a well located office/R&D/flex single story building in the Natick Business Park comprised of two commercial condominiums totaling 14,656 s/f which are fully leased. The two tenants at 6 Mercer Rd. are BJ's Wholesale Club and Vision-Sciences, Inc. The property is located near Rtes. 9, 27, 30, 135 and I-90 (Mass Pike) as well as many restaurants, hotels and retail stores.
