Hughes of New Dover brokers $950,000 sale for 455 Whitney Ave.

Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. and Warren Brown, principal of Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. co-brokered the sale of 455 Whitney Ave. for the purchase price of $950,000. 455 Whitney Ave. is a 22,500 s/f single story industrial building on 2.03 acres. New Dover represented the seller, 455 Whitney Avenue, LLC and Boston Commercial Properties procured the buyer, N and B Realty, LLC, in the sale transaction.
