Burt Barrett, CCIM and Gene O'Neill of Northway Real Estate Inc. have completed the sale of 31 Stevens St., in an area which is in the beginning phase of revitalization.
The property, a 17,000 s/f industrial building, which was vacant, was sold by the Hudson Industrial Park Realty Trust to G&C Concrete. G&C concrete will use it for their growing business located on Hale St. The selling price was $275,000.
Northway also represents other properties on Stevens St.
"Interest in Stevens St. has picked up significantly over the last two months." said O'Neill, Northway partner and the former director of economic development for the city of Haverhill.
Barrett and O'Neill credit mayor Fiorentini's ongoing commitment to revitalization of the core of the city in playing a key role in the renewed interest of Stevens St.
