Marlborough, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the seller, CIL Cedar LLC in the sale of 225 Cedar Hill St. The property sold for $21 million. The buyer, IPG Photonics Corp., was represented by James Stubblebine, vice president of The Stubblebine Co.
225 Cedar Hill St., also known as Cedar Hill Place, is a class A, 107,520 s/f, three-story masonry, steel and glass office building on 9.56 acres.
