Medford, MA Burgess Properties Inc. brokered the sale of 970 Fellsway, for $25 million.
The 287,570 s/f facility on 7.85 acres was the long-term home of Medford Self Storage. It features on-site MBTA bus access, visibility on the Fellsway (Rte. 28), and is near I-93.
The buyer, The Davis Cos., plans to invest capital and raise the profile of the multi-tenanted industrial building which dates back to the early 20th century.
Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties, Inc. was the sole broker in this transaction. The seller was Fellsway Realty LLC.
