Hughes and Reimann of New Dover complete $1.85m land sale
Marlborough, MA Scott Hughes, president, and Ted Reimann, vice president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the seller, Yellow Brick LLC in the sale of 8.351 acres of land at 686 Forest St. The property sold for $1.85 million. The buyer, IPG Photonics Corp., was represented by James Stubblebine, vice president of The Stubblebine Co. 686 Forest St. is located 1.5 miles from I-495 and 5.5 miles from I-90.
