lease for CMC North America’s HQs

Methuen, MA Hunneman has brokered a 70,872 s/f, multi-year lease at 200 Danton Dr. on behalf of the building’s new tenant CMC North America, a provider of sales, distribution, and services for aerial work platforms and related products throughout North America. 200 Danton Dr. will serve as CMC North America’s new headquarters, consolidating two industrial and office locations into the Methuen property. CMC North America will occupy the entirety of 200 Danton Dr.

“Thanks to our strong partnership with Hunneman, we were able to secure a lease that matched our vision for a new headquarters with robust industrial functionality and ample space,” said Jeff Poggi, CEO of CMC North America. “This move is a key next step in supporting the company’s growth, and we are excited to bring together our locations in Wilmington and Devens into this larger property. We now have the space to expand inventory, improve service to customers, and grow sales.”

200 Danton Dr. is a standalone industrial property located off I-93 and near the New Hampshire border. The building, owned by Starwood Capital Group, contains 49,378 s/f of warehouse space as well as 20,663 s/f of office space. CMC North America was represented by Hunneman’s Leasing and Advisory team member Ken Oppenheim in this transaction.
