Nohrden and Jacob of Burgess Properties arrange $6 million medical office building sale

Malden, MA Burgess Properties, LLC has brokered a $6 million medical office sale located at 578 Main St. 578 Main St. is a multi-tenanted office building, currently occupied by Tufts Medicine, among other medical tenants, and features historical detailing, on-site parking, and walking distance to the Orange Line T. The majority of the first floor space had been vacated by Mass General/Mass Eye & Ear. An affiliate of the purchaser, 578 Group, LLC, plans to occupy part of the first floor vacancy. 

Steve Nohrden and Charlie Jacob of Burgess Properties, LLC represented the seller, 578 Main St LLC, an affiliate of United Properties. Evan Koogler of Kelleher & Sadowski represented the buyer, 578 Group LLC.
