HUS Group Inc. merges with Limerock Development & Premier Property Management RI to form HUS Companies
Providence, RI Limerock Development and Premier Property Management Rhode Island have merged with HUS Group Inc. to form HUS Companies. This combination creates an industry leading real estate development, construction and property management platform that the New England market has been waiting for.
Decades of experience combined with hundreds of portfolio projects brings these three home industry professionals together. Their cumulative experience and industry knowledge is what puts them ahead of the competition. All three individuals have well rounded skill sets in each aspect of the residential and commercial real estate industries. But as a balanced team Christopher Anderson, Louis Calcagni III and EJ Lanni present a substantial opportunity for scalable growth and the group could not be more excited for the economic impact they will bring to the market.
