Providence, RI Limerock Development and Premier Property Management Rhode Island have merged with HUS Group Inc. to form HUS Companies. This combination creates an industry leading real estate development, construction and property management platform that the New England market has been waiting for.

Decades of experience combined with hundreds of portfolio projects brings these three home industry professionals together. Their cumulative experience and industry knowledge is what puts them ahead of the competition. All three individuals have well rounded skill sets in each aspect of the residential and commercial real estate industries. But as a balanced team Christopher Anderson, Louis Calcagni III and EJ Lanni present a substantial opportunity for scalable growth and the group could not be more excited for the economic impact they will bring to the market.

Anderson said, “In this ever changing real estate market, the ability to partner with such high caliber construction and development professionals was such an easy decision.”

Calcagni said, “I am extremely proud and excited for the future of HUS Companies as our team combines decades of experience in the real estate development and property management industry in the New England region. Our pipeline of projects is continually growing and we are more than ready to establish our brand as a market leader.”

“Value can be added in nearly any market,” said Lanni, “with the correct strategy, smart design and respect to the surrounding community.”
