HW Beacon purchases 9,000 s/f from 108 Beacon Realty, Inc. for $397,500

HW Beacon LLC has purchased a 9,000 s/f former fire station from 108 Beacon Realty, Inc. for $397,500. The property is located at 108 Beacon St. and will be the new home of JM Environmental, a company owned by the founders of HW Beacon, Marsha Harris and Charles Wilder. JM Environmental, a full service environmental contracting and consulting firm specializing in waste management solutions and environmentally friendly products and services will be relocating from Elm Street after completing renovations on the building. David Cohen of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented the seller.
