Meredith & Grew brokers 2 leases totaling 9,600 s/f at One Gateway Ctr.

Representing landlord J.F. White Properties, Meredith & Grew has negotiated two leases totaling 9,600 s/f at One Gateway Center. M.J. Flaherty Company executed a 6,600 s/f lease and was represented by vice president Shawn McDonough of CresaPartners working with the M&G team of executive vice president James Elcock and senior vice president John Carroll. Elcock, Carroll and M&G assistant VP Joseph Crowley worked with Trine Pharmaceuticals to renew its 3,000 s/f lease for its headquarters. Built in 1970 and renovated in the last few years, One Gateway Center is a nine-story, 175,000 s/f Class A office building located at 300 Washington St. It is adjacent to the Sheraton Newton Hotel and has access to the Masspike, Logan Airport, Rte. 128, MBTA bus service.
