M.J. Flaherty Company executed a 6,600 s/f lease and was represented by vice president Shawn McDonough of CresaPartners working with the M&G team of executive vice president James Elcock and senior vice president John Carroll.
Elcock, Carroll and M&G assistant VP Joseph Crowley worked with Trine Pharmaceuticals to renew its 3,000 s/f lease for its headquarters.
