IFMA Boston gets behind the scenes look at Encore Boston

Boston, MA On April 25, Dana Ham, director of facilities and John Paras, chief engineer/sustainability manager, CFM of Encore Boston Harbor gave IFMA Boston a behind the scenes view of what it takes to bring the $2.4 billion Encore Boston Harbor resort project to fruition, and an understanding of the challenges they have faced along the way. Core competencies addressed were real estate and property management, emergency preparedness and business continuity, environmental stewardship and sustainability. The program took place in the field office at 3 Charlton St. in Everett and then the attendees were treated to a short bus tour around the site for a closer look. 

This five-star waterfront resort is accessible by land and sea and is conveniently located just minutes from Boston. Encore Boston Harbor has been designed to create unforgettable experiences.
