IMFA Boston new member spotlight

Matt Feela is an engineering operations manager at CW Services. Feela received his bachelors of science in Operations and Project Management. The majority of his career has been in healthcare, but as of this year he has taken on his current role in higher education for a university in the downtown Boston area.

Jerry Nadeau is the executive director and head of America’s, facility services at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. His educational background includes a BS in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, also an AS in Architecture from Wentworth, and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Hayden Perkin is a regional facilities manager at Google. Hayden’s role allows him to help create the world’s most fun and engaging workplace environment, with the goal to attract and retain the best employees (aka “Googlers”) and ensure they are happy, healthy and productive. With a background spanning disciplines - architecture, workplace strategy, consulting, psychology, change management, research, sales and marketing - Perkin is a passionate researcher and speaker on the world of workplace, technology and behavior.

Rene O’Neil is a senior life safety executive with Encore Fire Protection. O’Neil has been in the life safety industry for almost 30 years, specifically sales for fire alarm, fire sprinkler and suppression preventative maintenance agreements. Encore Fire Protection is a privately owned company focused on the New England market only, which allows for superb service delivery at a lower cost than larger competitors.

Adele Manty is an account manager/business development at Pinnacle Office Solutions. They are a full service commercial services provider with union and non-union entities specializing in relocation, installation and liquidation services.

Dennis Hoffman, PE, is a mechanical engineer at Laporte Consultants. Hoffman has been designing and supporting facilities for many years. Aiming to provide the right systems, equipment and controls in the first place, he has always sought input from those who operate the facilities for refinements.
