Inglese of New Haven Group negotiates $3.4 million sale of 44,000 s/f office building

100 South Shore Dr., a 44,000 s/f class A office building was recently sold to 100 South Shore Drive LLC for $3.4 million. Steven Inglese of New Haven Group, Inc. represented the seller, Marcy Realty. The building is a multi tenant office building located off I-95. Tom Dineen represented the buyer. The two story building was built in 1987 and is leased to financial service and professional service firms. The property is within 1.5 miles of Tweed Airport and is located just east of downtown New Haven. The building had 6,600 s/f vacant at the time of sale.
