Inspired Technology and Communications upgrades Christopher’s Haven Boston residence

Boston, MA Inspired Technology and Communications, LLC (ITC), donated their time, products and expert service to install leading, contemporary technology products at Christopher’s Haven, a nonprofit organization that provides free housing for families with children undergoing cancer treatment in nearby hospitals. The team at Inspired Technology and Communications enhanced all nine apartments and the community recreation center within the housing complex.

Christopher’s Haven, located in the city’s West End, has a mission to operate a supportive community, which consists of nine temporary apartments and a common recreational area for families in need to relax and try to enjoy some time away from treatment. The Christopher’s Haven team recognized the need for updated and easily accessible technology for their guests.

With the help of Remote Technology, Inspired was able to install 18 Blu Ray players, 18 Samsung TVs, 18 SurfIR’s, two XBOX ONE gaming consoles, 18 RTI XP3 Processors and a Sonos sound bar. In addition, the team donated their time and expertise to set up and program all devices allowing the residents to have a more efficient experience.

“It’s immeasurable what the Inspired team did for Christopher’s Haven as an organization, and for the families and children staying with us,” said Catie Botting, family services manager at Christopher’s Haven. “Watching movies, playing games and listening to music has never been this easy for everyone, and we can’t thank Inspired enough.”

“Christopher’s Haven is an outstanding organization that we are proud to partner with and support,” said CEO of Inspired Technology and Communications Dave Neveux. “It gives me great pride to know our team’s efforts have made it a little more comfortable for the families that are staying at Christopher’s Haven. We look forward to a long relationship with this important organization.”
