Integrated Bldrs. completes 17,000 s/f warehouse conversion for Kraft Foods; ArchDesign architect
Integrated Builders has completed the conversion of a 17,000 s/f warehouse space into an office space for Kraft Foods.
"It was a fast-track project and was finished in about nine weeks," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. "We're very pleased to successfully complete this project on time in a multi-tenanted building."
Integrated Bldrs. was hired by Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., the owner of the building, which is located at 111 Forbes Road Blvd. The new space will be occupied by Kraft Foods, a global powerhouse in snacks, confectionery and quick meals. Kraft Foods is the world's second largest food company, making delicious products for billions of consumers in more than 160 countries.
Braintree-based ArchDesign served as architect for the project and Slatersville, R.I.-based EDS Engineering Design Services, Inc. provided engineering services.
