Integrated Builders completes 29,000 s/f tenant fit-up office/manufacturing space

Wilmington, MA Integrated Builders has completed a 29,000 s/f office/manufacturing fit-up on behalf of the Limbach Company, LLC, at 46 Jonspin Rd. Located within the North Wilmington Business Park off of the I-93 corridor, the updated facility provides specialized manufacturing space for the mechanical contracting firm.

The scope of the tenant fit-up included the installation of new flooring, lighting and electrical fixtures, an HVAC system, partitions, and updated fire alarms. Notably, Integrated Builders utilized selective demolition to preserve portions of the existing space while completing the renovation program.

Integrated Builders’ superintendent Mike Croteau, project manager Bob Purdy, and assistant project manager Barbara Frazier, provided construction management services while working with architecture firm Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, Inc., and engineering firm WB Engineers+Consultants.

“With a strategic location directly off of I-93 and a newly renovated space, the Limbach Company will experience a more efficient working environment and manufacturing center from which it can effectively support its clients,” said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Bldrs. “We have a successful track record of completing multiple projects at 46 Jonspin Rd. for a variety of tenants, and look forward to collaborating with the Limbach Co. on any future construction needs that they may have.”

46 Jonspin Rd. located over one mile away from I-93 at Exit 43. Tenants of the facility have access to a variety of local amenities including health clubs, major shops, restaurants, and the Tewksbury Country Club.

The Limbach Company has provided comprehensive facility services consisting of mechanical construction, full HVAC service, energy retrofits, and a variety of other projects for over a century. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the entire construction process, the Limbach Company offers a wide-array of measures to achieve energy savings and facility improvement to its clients.
